Quarterback Russell Wilson has accounted for 80 percent of the Seattle Seahawks offense this season. He will have to carry the Seahawks against the best defense in the NFL Sunday when the Seahawks head to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars. Wilson is up for the challenge. He has at least three touchdowns in each of the last three games and leads the Seahawks in rushing this season. Wilson completed 20 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns and rushed six times for 31 yards in the win over the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13.
Fantasy football start/sit Week 14: What to do with Russell Wilson
The Seahawks need a big game from Wilson against the best defense in the NFL. We look at the fantasy implications.

The Jaguars passing defense has been incredible all season. They have allowed the fewest passing yards and touchdowns to opposing offenses this season. Jacksonville also boasts the most sacks and second-most interceptions in the league. Only one quarterback has thrown for 300 yards against the Jaguars. They held QBs under 200 passing yards in six games this season.
Fantasy impact: No defense has been able to stop Wilson this season. Conversely, every quarterback that has faced the Jaguars has struggled. Wilson is a fantasy gem. He will have a tough time producing against the Jaguars; however, he always seems to make something out of nothing. Owners should temper expectations this week, though.
