The Philadelphia Eagles expect to have tight end Zach Ertz in the lineup Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams after the big man entered the NFL’s concussion protocol in Week 13. Wentz left the matchup with the Seattle Seahawks after hitting his helmet on the turf late in the third quarter. He caught two passes for 24 yards before leaving the contest. The fifth-year veteran had a season-high 10 catches for 103 yards and a touchdown the previous week against the Chicago Bears. Ertz missed one game earlier this season with a hamstring problem.
Fantasy football start/sit Week 14: What to do with Zach Ertz
The Eagles TE is cleared to play Sunday following a stint in the NFL’s concussion protocol. We look at the fantasy impact.

Ertz will have a tough matchup against the Los Angeles Rams when he returns to the field. The Rams have given up the sixth-fewest receiving yards to big men this season. They also have held opposing TEs to just four touchdowns.
Fantasy impact: Ertz is a major piece of the Eagles passing game. He is one of the more consistent scorers in the receiving corps with at least one touchdown in five of the last seven Eagles’ outings. The Rams have held tight ends in check this season. That is not a big concern for Ertz, however. He has scored multiple touchdowns against better units. The concussion is the biggest concern for owners but barring a setback, he should be in your lineup for the first week of the playoffs.
