Rusher C.J. Anderson led the Denver Broncos’ backfield in carries Sunday. He wasn’t able to do much with his opportunities, however. Anderson rushed 22 times for 48 yards and caught two passes for 25 yards in the win over the New York Jets. This was the first time Anderson received 20 carries in a game since Week 4. The fifth-year workhorse has dominated the Broncos’ rushing corps the last two games with 15-plus carries in back-to-back weeks. He has not scored a touchdown since Week 11.
Fantasy football Week 15: Start or sit C.J. Anderson for TNF?
Anderson did not do much as the workhorse for the Broncos in Week 14. We look at the fantasy impact for a matchup with the Colts Thursday night.

Anderson should continue to get the bulk of the work against the Indianapolis Colts Thursday night. He hopes to have a much better performance against a lowly Colts defense. Indianapolis has given up the ninth-most rushing and receiving yards to running backs this season. They have also allowed 13 touchdowns to the position — 11 on the ground and two through the air.
Fantasy impact: Anderson does not gain a lot of yards per carry. He does get a lot of touches, though. He has 19-plus touches in each of the last two games. The Colts are one of the worst defenses Anderson will face this season. He should get a lot of touches in has an upside matchup Thursday. While it is hard to trust Anderson, he has some flex appeal this week.
