The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have ruled out DeSean Jackson for their Week 16 matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
DeSean Jackson injury update: How to handle Bucs WR vs. Panthers
DeSean Jackson has been a major bust for the Bucs and fantasy owners.

Jackson suffered an ankle injury during the team’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football. The short turnaround made it very tough for Jackson to heal up in time to play Sunday, so it is no surprise he will be inactive.
Tampa Bay also does not want to risk a key player like Jackson getting injured in a meaningless game with their season all but over. In 14 games this season, Jackson has a meager 50 catches for 668 yards and three scores. He has been a major fantasy disappointment this season.
Fantasy Impact: With Jackson out of the mix, Mike Evans becomes a bigger weapon against the Panthers this week. Adam Humphries also becomes a viable fantasy option, especially with Carolina allowing the most fantasy points to wide receivers over the last five weeks.
