The Atlanta Falcons’ offense revolved around Devonta Freeman in Week 15. The fourth-year workhorse rushed 22 times for 126 yards and a touchdown. He also led the Falcons’ receiving attack with five catches for 68 yards in the win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The receptions and yards were both season highs. Freeman has at least 20 rushes and a touchdown in the last two games. He normally shares the backfield with Tevin Coleman, but he missed Week 15 with a concussion.

Sunday, Freeman will look at remain hot in the rematch with the New Orleans Saints. He rushed 24 times for 91 yards and a score against the Saints two weeks ago. The Falcons’ workhorse was shout out of the passing game in that contest. The Saints’ defense has played well against the run so far. Freeman is only the fifth running back to gain more than 90 yards on the ground against New Orleans this season.
Fantasy impact: Freeman just ran over the Saints for 91 yards two weeks ago. Now that he has a bigger part in the passing game, there is really no stopping him. Freeman will have a huge role in the Falcons’ offense Sunday even if Coleman is back in the lineup. He is a must start for the fantasy finals.
