It’s been kind of a lost season for Greg Olsen, who suffered a foot injury in Week 2 that needed surgery and landed him on injured reserve. The Carolina Panthers brought him back in Week 12, but he was clearly less than 100 percent and struggled with some minor setbacks. Olsen’s three-year streak of 1,000-yard seasons came to an unceremonious end in 2017.
Fantasy football Week 16: Greg Olsen, start or sit?
Finally healthy, Olsen is on fire right now. We break down the fantasy implications.

If there’s any good news for Olsen and the Panthers, he appears to finally be healthy. Olsen was a wrecking crew against the Green Bay Packers in Week 15, racking up nine catches for 116 yards and one touchdown. More importantly, he avoided any problems with the foot, getting through a week of practice without incident.
Fantasy impact: Olsen’s comeback couldn’t have come at a better time for fantasy owners who saved him for the playoffs. Back on the TE1 map, Olsen is an easy play in every league format during fantasy championship week. He also has a good matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, whose defense has collapsed this year.
Recommendation: Start
