Russell Wilson had his worst game of the season in the Seattle Seahawks’ embarrassing Week 15 loss. Wilson was sacked seven times, fumbled twice, and took a safety on an intentional grounding call in the end zone. He completed 14 passes in 30 attempts for 142 yards and a touchdown and rushed five times for 39 yards against the Los Angeles Rams. The last time Wilson was held to one score and fewer than 200 yards was in Week 5, also versus the Rams.
Fantasy football start/sit Week 16: What to do with Russell Wilson
Wilson will look to rebound from a terrible game. We look at the fantasy impact.

The Seahawks need Wilson and the offensive line to play a lot better in Dallas versus the Cowboys Sunday if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive. Dallas has a soft secondary that gives up a lot of yards and touchdowns in the air. The Cowboys have given up two or more touchdowns to three of the last four QBs they have faced.
Fantasy impact: Wilson just devasted a lot of fantasy owners last week. It is going to be hard to trust him again in the finals. However bad his game was in Week 15, Wilson actually has some upside against Dallas Sunday. The Cowboys’ secondary is young and vulnerable, and the pass rush is banged up. Wilson should be able to exploit more matchups this week and rebound nicely in Dallas.
