Week 15 was rough for the Seattle Seahawks’ offense, especially the run game. Starting running back Mike Davis rushed only six times for 19 yards in the blowout loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He also caught two passes for 20 yards in the contest. This was Davis’ worst game since joining the Seahawks. The Seahawks were forced to abandon the run as they found themselves in a 34-0 hole at halftime.
Fantasy football Week 16: Start or sit Mike Davis?
Davis was an afterthought in Week 15 as the Seahawks were forced to abandon the run. We break down the fantasy implications.

Sunday, Davis will have a much bigger workload against the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys are average against the run, but they do not allow a lot of rushing touchdowns. Dallas is friendlier to pass-catching backs, giving up the fourth-most yards passing to RBs this season.
Fantasy impact: Davis will not be left behind again Sunday. The Seahawks have to get a run game churning to be able to free up Russell Wilson in the passing game. Dallas does not present much of a challenge. It has injuries throughout its front seven and just gave up 76 yards to Oakland rusher Marshawn Lynch. Davis has good flex appeal for the fantasy finals this week.
