The former Cincinnati Bengals star, who is set to face his former team this week, has been instrumental in Detroit’s passing game, and his impact on the 2017 Lions, as well as for fantasy owners, has been greater than any single season to date in his six-year career.
Entering Week 16, Jones ranks seventh in fantasy scoring among wide receivers. You can debate whether he’s an elite NFL receiver, but there’s no question he’s an elite fantasy player.
Expect that to continue against a struggling Bengals defense this Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Jones is set to face a Bengals defense allowing the ninth-most receptions to receivers over the last three weeks, though they are allowing the fourth-fewest fantasy points to receivers this season. Even so, start Jones in Week 16.
