The Los Angeles Rams have ruled out Cooper Kupp versus the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17.
Cooper Kupp injury update: How to handle Rams WR vs. 49ers
The Rams will be resting most of their starters against the 49ers.

This isn’t a surprise, especially since Los Angeles is planning to rest a lot of its starters this week. It is locked into either the No. 3 or 4 seed in the NFC playoffs, so it would rather rest key players than risk injuring them with nothing to really gain in this game.
Kupp is one of the few players they went ahead and ruled out due to a knee injury. It’s believed to be just knee soreness. Even had Kupp played, Jared Goff is either sitting out or getting limited snaps in this game, so any Rams receiver is a risky play this week.
Fantasy Impact: Whoever starts at receiver for the Rams will face a 49ers team allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to receivers over the past three weeks. That means guys like Pharoh Cooper and Tavon Austin could become viable fantasy options.
