Steve Williams plans to write a tell-all book about his life as a caddy once his career is over, and his time with Tiger Woods will most certainly be the most anticipated portion of his story. Williams recently appeared on New Zealand television to discuss his recent dismissal by Tiger Woods and said there will be an “interesting chapter”:
Steve Williams Wants To Write Book About Life As Tiger Woods’ Caddy
“It will just be one of those interesting chapters in the book,” Williams told the station, according to USA Today. “You learn a lot from reading [biographies.] I’m a big reader of those. Mine won’t be any different.”
Video of Williams’ appearance on the show can be found here. But until Williams calls it quits, we’ll need to settle for watching him on the links with Adam Scott and to speculate on what exactly he’ll reveal about Tiger Woods.
How popular a tell-all book about the life of a caddy remains to be seen, but the marketing for it won’t be terribly hard to come up with. The hype over the Tiger Woods chapter will surely be the selling point.
