PGA Championship weather 2013: Diminishing threat of rain

Same cold front that brought some inclement weather for the first round of the PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club could bring some rain but most of the time it will be dry.

Few lingering showers and storms are possible this morning across Western New York and Oak Hill country club for the second round of the PGA championship. Most of the activity today will remain to the south and the southeast of Rochester and the PGA championship with the afternoon becoming mostly sunny and drier.

The rest of the weather forecast for the weekend looks great. Lots of sunshine for Saturday and Sunday with high temperatures in the mid 70s.

FRIDAY - SECOND ROUND WEATHER FORECAST
Chance of a lingering shower or storm during the morning but drying out and becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon. Humidity will lower into the afternoon with highs reaching the upper 70s. Winds will be out of the west-northwest between 5 and 15 mph.
SATURDAY - THIRD ROUND WEATHER FORECAST
Temperatures will be a little cooler to start the weekend. Temperatures during the morning will be in the mid to upper 60s warming to the low to mid 70s by the afternoon. There will be a slight breeze out of the northwest between 10 and 20 mph.

SUNDAY - FINAL ROUND WEATHER FORECAST
