Purdue basketball has tuxedo t-shirts, terrifying mascot to help fight cancer.

Purdue likes being formal, but they’re here to party.

You might notice that coaches around college basketball are wearing sneakers today as part of the Coaches vs. Cancer initiative. Big Ten schools are having fans play along by encouraging students to show up in suits and sneakers as well. However, Purdue is taking the event to the max:

You might not realize this, but those aren't actually tuxedos. They're tuxedo t-shirts, the way to say that you like to be formal, but you're here to party.

Unfortunately, the players weren’t the only people getting in on the action
