The Rays are now down to their final three outs, because the top of the order wasn't able to do anything against Cliff Lee in the bottom of the eighth. Jason Bartlett flew out to Josh Hamilton, Ben Zobrist struck out on a pitch in the dirt, and - in perhaps his final plate appearance with the Rays - Carl Crawford hit another harmless fly to Hamilton to end it.
