Rays Vs. Rangers, ALDS Game 5: Ian Kinsler Home Run Doubles Ranger Lead

Ian Kinsler likely just delivered the backbreaking hit. Already behind 3-1, the Rays brought in closer Rafael Soriano to handle the ninth, and he allowed a leadoff single to Nelson Cruz. The next batter - Kinsler - then ripped a low-inside slider into the left field seats to extend Texas' lead all the way to 5-1. Soriano finished out the rest of the inning, but the damage was done.

Cliff Lee's thrown 111 pitches, but now that the Rangers have a four-run lead, he's being sent back out to try and finish what he started. The Rays have the meat of their order due up, but this is as tall as tasks get.
