Giants ace Madison Bumgarner takes the mound a night after San Francisco rang up 11 runs to tie the World Series against the Kansas City Royals at 2-2. There's reason to believe pressure is back on Kansas City.
World Series lineup: Royals and Giants set Game 5 starters
The Kansas City Royals hope James Shields can find some success on the mound in Game 5 of the World Series, while the San Francisco Giants simply hope Madison Bumgarner continues what he started.

After all, Bumgarner allowed just one run in Game 1 of the series. That came on a solo homer by Royals catcher Salvador Perez, who will move up to fifth in the batting order after recording three hits in the seventh spot in Game 4. He and cleanup man Eric Hosmer should give manager Ned Yost a little bit more consistency in the heart of the lineup. The bigger question is whether Kansas City pitcher James Shields can regroup after allowing five earned runs in the series opener.
The Giants will go back to NLCS hero Travis Ishikawa in left field after rolling with Juan Perez for Game 4. Ishikawa has one hit in eight at-bats so far in the World Series. Meanwhile, Hunter Pence, who led San Francisco last time out with three RBI, moves from the fourth slot to the fifth, swapping in the order with third baseman Pablo Sandoval.
Here’s a look at the full lineups for the Royals and Giants.
