TUF 13 Finale Results: Chris Cope Decisions Chuck O’Neil In Dreadful Fight

ROUND 1 - Both fighters standing orthodox. O’Neil presses Cope back and they clinch against the cage. O’Neil doing all the stalking. Superman punch from Cope misses, but lands an outside leg kick. O’Neil returns the favor. Left hook for Cope finds the mark, but O’Neil finds a middle kick. Another left hook from Cope lands and he closes the distance. Hard outside leg kick from O’Neil. Left hook to the body from Cope, but O’Neil lands a right. They both exchange leg kicks. Spinning back kick from Cope and it lands. Hard middle kick from O’Neil before the rounds ends.

ROUND 2 - O’Neil opens with a hard outside leg kick. Cope returns the favor inside. Right straight to the body, left hook to head finds the mark mostly for Cope. Both fighters continue to exchange strikes, neither landing anything significant. O’Neil doing the stalking. Hard inside leg kick for Cope. Right hand over the top finds the mark. The Superman punch to outside leg kick combo lands on the latter half of the attempt.

ROUND 3 - Outside leg kick from Cope and now a right to the body. Cope still doing all the stalking. Left hook off a jab lands for Cope. Right hand now for Cope finds the mark. Again, the Superman punch to outside leg kick does the job. O’Neil pressing Cope into the fence, but Cope reverses him. Inside leg kick for Cope. Spinning back fist with delayed timing chops at O’Neil. Cope throwing a series of kicks, none of them seem to be doing much.
