It’s going to be a busy weekend here at Michigan International Speedway, with a NASCAR Nationwide Series/Sprint Cup doubleheader.
NASCAR At Michigan International Speedway 2011 Weekend Schedule
As a reminder, Friday is a practice day at Michigan and qualifying for both Sprint Cup and Nationwide isn’t until Saturday.
We’ll update you again later when we get the exact starting time for the Sprint Cup race, so check back on Sunday morning.
Here’s the schedule for the 2011 Heluva Good! 400 weekend (all times Eastern):
FRIDAY
- 11:30 a.m. – Nationwide Series practice (50 minutes)
- 12:30 p.m. – Sprint Cup Series practice (1 hour, 20 minutes)
- 2 p.m. – Nationwide Series final practice (1 hour, 20 minutes)
- 3:30 p.m. – Sprint Cup Series final practice (1 hour, 20 minutes)
- 5:15 p.m. – ARCA Series race (100 laps, 200 miles)
SATURDAY
- 11:10 a.m. – Nationwide Series qualifying
- 1:10 p.m. – Sprint Cup Series qualifying
- 3:30 p.m. – Nationwide Series race (125 laps, 250 miles)
SUNDAY
- 1 p.m. – Sprint Cup Series race (200 laps, 400 miles)
