Dwyane Wade Scoring At Will For Heat Vs. Knicks, Migraine And All

Despite recovering from a migraine and wearing protective eyewear, Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade is lighting up Madison Square Garden. The Heat have taken a 66-61 third quarter lead over the New York Knicks, led by Wade’s 33 points and eight rebounds, both game highs.

He’s made seven field goals in this period, with the only other two Heat scores from the field coming off Wade assists. At one point he went on a 6-0 run all by himself. Might be time for everybody to make “Might be time for Dwyane Wade to wear those glasses every night!” jokes.

Still, the Knicks are only down by five, with Amar’e Stoudemire’s 22 points and four rebounds leading the way. Landry Fields has 11 and seven.

Wade’s hot streak has made up for a clanky night by LeBron James, who’s hit only four of his 15 shots.
