Chris Paul was taken off the floor on a stretcher after taking a hit in his neck area during a collision with Ramon Sessions as the Hornets played the Cavaliers. Paul showed alertness and was able to move his limbs on his way out.

People who like to speculate are speculating that it could be a concussion, considering how hard he hit his forehead before falling to the floor, that there didn’t appear to be any bone or nerve damage to the extremely untrained eye, and the level of precautions taken by Hornets staff.
