The Philadelphia 76ers took 44-42 lead into halftime of Game 4 of their series with the Chicago Bulls.
76ers Vs. Bulls Halftime Score: Philly Leads 44-42 At The Break
Spencer Hawes carried the 76ers in the first half, scoring 17 points while making seven of his eight shots. It's a good thing for Philadelphia that Hawes has played well because the 76er guards really struggled in the first half. Jrue Holiday scored four first-half points but made just one of his 13 shots.
The Bulls, playing without Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah, were led by Taj Gibson in the first half. Gibson came off the bench and scored 12 points to go along with eight rebounds. Carlos Boozer is the only other Bull in double figures, with 10 points.
