Denver Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno joined 102.3 the Ticket and displayed his enthusiasm for this weekend’s Divisional round contest against the Ravens.
Now healthy, Moreno and the Broncos are the top seed in the AFC -- and Moreno went on the air with 102.3 the Ticket in Denver, and displayed his enthusiasm for this weekend's Divisional round showdown against the Baltimore Ravens.
“I’m jacked. Never played in the playoffs before so I’m definitely going to be amped up. It’s going to be fun, we’re going against a good team and that’s what we want to do, go against good teams and execute and come out with a win.”
Moreno was active earlier this season when the Broncos defeated the Ravens in December. During Denver’s win, Moreno received 21 carries and gashed Baltimore’s defense for 115 yards and a touchdown.
Still, Moreno expects Baltimore's defense to have more of a spark this week than they did in December. Moreno told the Ticket that Ray Lewis "brings a spark" to Baltimore's defense. Lewis missed Baltimore's loss to Denver earlier this season, as future Hall of Famer was recovering from a torn triceps injury.
