Finally, there are more points in Jets-Packers.
Jets Vs. Packers: Mason Crosby Doubles Packers’ Lead With Fourth Quarter Field Goal
Mason Crosby nailed a 41-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter to extend the Packers’ lead to 6-0.
The second half in general, though, has been little different from the first. Neither Aaron Rodgers nor Mark Sanchez can get a consistent passing attack revved up, and both have completed less than 50% of their passes, thanks partly to the vicious Meadowlands wind.
Rex Ryan losing two challenges in the first half — one on punter Steve Weatherford’s scamper, another on an interception by Tramon Williams that almost looked like simultaneous possession — has come back to haunt the Jets, too. Charles Woodson picked off another Sanchez pass in a very similar situation to Williams’ interception, with the ball getting ripped from Dustin Keller’s arms and ruled an interception on the field, but Ryan was out of challenges.
If you have been watching this game from the start, like I have: I am truly, deeply sorry for the loss of your afternoon.
