The Baltimore Ravens lead the New York Jets by a score of 27-17 at halftime in Week 4 of Sunday Night Football, but they won't be too happy about only leading by 10 points. Mark Sanchez has struggled mightily, fumbling three times mostly thanks to his makeshift offensive line, but Joe Flacco has played even worse. He's completing an absolutely abysmal 30 percent of his passes, and he's thrown a pick six to David Harris.
Jets Vs. Ravens Halftime Score: Baltimore Leads, New York Surprisingly Alive
Incredibly, neither quarterback has managed to complete 30 percent of his passes in the highest scoring defensive battle in recent memory. Sanchez did enough to lead his team to a late field goal, though, pulling the Jets back within 10 points.
It would be surprising if either offense really got going in the second half, as the two defenses are just too good right now. Still, there’s absolutely no way the quarterback play doesn’t get better in the second half. Flacco and Sanchez have both been downright embarrassed by their opposing defense.
