Braylon Edwards Injury: 49ers WR Returns To Practice

Braylon Edwards hasn't appeared in a game for the San Francisco 49ers since undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his knee injury last month. That seems like it should change this weekend, however, as the wide receiver returned to practice on Tuesday.

Edwards, who could be key with Josh Morgan out of the lineup for the foreseeable future, looks like he could be inserted into this weekend's lineup according to CSN's Matt Maiocco.

Receiver Braylon Edwards ran short, intermediate and deep routes at top speed Tuesday afternoon, as he returned to 49ers practice for the first time in a month.

Edwards has made four receptions for 48 yards in two games for the 49ers thus far this season. If he's able to return this weekend against the Cleveland Browns, it'll be against the team that drafted him and with which he recorded the majority of his 330 career catches for 5,190 yards and 39 touchdowns.
