The Lions sacked Tebow seven times, and forced three turnovers; Tebow’s two, a fumble and an interception, both turned into defensive touchdowns, meaning that he sort of outscored his offense by himself.
Clearly, Tebow starting is no panacea for what ails Denver, not that the Lions minded poking a little fun at the Broncos’ supposed savior: multiple Lions mocked the “Tebowing” trend that swept the Internet in the past week.

Here’s the interception return, which went for a solid 100 yards. It was horrendous.

Detroit Lions quarterback Matt Stafford looked iffy for this week’s game against the Denver Broncos earlier the week. He suited up, and the Lions could not be happier. Through the first two quarters of play, Stafford has 191 yards and two touchdowns. He has completed 16 of 22 passes as Detroit leads a laugher 24-3.
If Matthew Stafford could stay healthy long enough to play in the Lions’ game against the Denver Broncos, he was ready for a tasty matchup with Calvin Johnson against a struggling secondary.
