Take one look at the standings for Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Eagles and one might think the standings were printed wrong. How could the Buffalo Bills be 3-1 and the Philadelphia Eagles 1-3? NFL Odds And Lines Week 5: Eagles Vs. Bills
The Buffalo Bills are the surprise team of the NFL season, but they are home underdogs to the 1-3 Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday.
However, the Eagles are favored on the road against the Bills this Sunday. According to Odds Shark, the opening line had the Eagles favored by three points, but at least one odds maker has moved the line to just one point in favor of the Eagles. Either way, the odds makers are expecting this to be a close game. It’s also predicted to be a high-scoring affair as the over/under for the game is 50 points.
Buffalo did lose a close one, 23-20, to the Bengals last Sunday, but they were able to overcome the New England Patriots earlier in the season. The Bills do average 33.3 points per game while the Eagles give up 25.3 points per game. This should be an entertaining game no matter the outcome.
