Michael Vick Injury: Eagles QB Is Questionable For Week 12 Against Patriots

Michael Vick could miss a second straight week for the Philadelphia Eagles nearly two weeks after suffering broken ribs in a loss to the Cardinals. Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid ruled Vick questionable for the Week 12 game against the New England Patriots.

If Vick can't play, backup Vince Young would step in. For three quarters last week against the Giants, Young was ordinary but in the final nine minutes of the game he lead the Eagles on an 18-play, 80-yard drive to seal the victory.

The Eagles play the Patriots on Sunday in a game we thought would be among the best of the season. Instead, the Eagles sputtered to start the season and now stand at 4-6 facing essentially a must-win game.

Young is mobile but not on Vick’s level so the Patriots will have to prepare for both quarterbacks. Vick’s status likely won’t be known until game time.
