The Philadelphia Eagles travel to Seattle to face the Seahawks on Thursday Night Football and likely will be without wide receiver Jeremy Maclin for the third straight game. The Eagles already ruled out QB Michael Vick, and it appears as though Maclin will join him on the sidelines on Thursday. The Eagles receiver has sat out both days of practice so far with hamstring and shoulder issues that he is still trying to rehab.

Maclin's absence means second year receiver Riley Cooper will get a chance to build on his solid first two games in place of Maclin. In two games, Cooper has caught eight passes for 146 yards and a touchdown. He has already exceeded his rookie totals and has a chance to build on that Thursday night against a Seahawks defense that has struggled against the pass.
Vince Young has quietly put together some huge passing totals, throwing for 658 yards and three touchdowns in two games starting in place of Vick. He has developed a rapport with Cooper and if teams try to focus on stopping DeSean Jackson, it could leave the door open for Cooper to continue to impress.
