Paul Posluszny Rumor Involves Jacksonville Jaguars Attention

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer tweeted cryptically that former Buffalo Bills' LB Paul Posluszny would sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Glazer didn't mention any of the standard "according to source," or "source says" mumbo jumbo, only saying "he'll sign w Jags" in a response to a follower's question.

If Glazer’s info turns out to be correct, the Jaguars would be getting a rock in the middle of the field. “Poz” has had at least 110 tackles the past three years, including a career high 151 last season to go along with two sacks and four batted balls. He had three interceptions in 2009.

To be fair to Glazer, he’s a typically accurate reporter, and the NFL’s own Jason La Canfora reported the Jags’ have at least been in contact with the Penn State product.

If the deal comes to fruition, Poz would bring much-needed stability and experience to a shallow, young group of linebackers in northeastern Florida.
