The Philadelphia Eagles were up early despite missing Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy, and DeSean Jackson, but Tony Romo threw for 303 yards and three touchdowns to bring the Dallas Cowboys back from a double-digit deficit.
The Eagles led all the way through the game's final minutes, going up 14-3 in the first half and going ahead again on a Alex Henery field goal in the fourth quarter. But Bryce Brown's fumble on a drive to potentially retake the lead - his fourth of the year, third that was lost - was returned for a touchdown by Morris Claiborne, pretty much ending their night. Damaris Johnson would return a punt for 98 yards, tied for the longest in league history, but that came with under a minute late and the onside kick was recovered by the Cowboys.
For the second time this year, Romo had no trouble carving up the Eagles' miserable defense: a month ago, he completed over 70 percent of his passes as the Cowboys put up 38 points. Romo one-upped that outing Sunday night, going 22-for-27 with 303 yards and three touchdowns while setting the team's franchise record for passing touchdowns. Jason Witten was open all night in the seams, catching six passes for 108 yards, while Dez Bryant had a pair of ridiculous plays after the catch to make it into the end zone twice.
Brown’s fumble spoiled a really nice night for the Eagles’ replacement squad: the rookie starting in place of LeSean McCoy had over 100 yards and two touchdowns in the first half before finishing with 169 yards, while Foles had 251 yards passing with a touchdown and no picks in his third start. But the numbers were for naught as there just wasn’t enough defense to snap the Eagles’ losing streak.
Fantasy studs and duds
Bryce Brown looked great in the absence of LeSean McCoy, busting out for 169 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The rookie's hard to bring down, and that led to some big gainers after first contact. It's tough to imagine that Brown will go back to being merely a backup after back-to-back huge games, although his ball security is a real worry. Dez Bryant led a Cowboys receiving corps that had a great night, with 98 yards and two touchdowns, part of Romo's 303-yard, three TD effort.
Jeremy Maclin probably had the most disappointing evening with only 38 yards, although there were a lot of fantasy numbers put up in a relatively high scoring game.
Injury report
Bryant left the game while cramping, but returned soon after.

The Cowboys opened as nine-point favorites, so Damaris Johnson's late punt return took away their cover.
