NFL inactives, Week 17: Jaguars vs. Titans

The Jacksonville Jaguars are playing for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.

The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without running back Montell Owens due to a knee injury when they take on the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Owens has 42 carries for 209 yards and one touchdown this season. Richard Murphy will make his first start of the season in place of Owens. Murphy has 20 carries for 68 yards in four games as a reserve for Jacksonville.

The Titans will be without Damian Williams on Sunday. Williams has 30 receptions for 324 yards this season.

At 2-13, the Jacksonville Jaguars are tied with the Kansas City Chiefs for the worst record in the NFL heading into the final week of the regular season.
