NFL inactive list, Week 14: Dolphins vs. 49ers: Mario Manningham to miss Sunday’s game

49ers’ draft picks A.J. Jenkins and LaMichael James will make their NFL debuts today.

As expected, the 49ers will be without the services of wide receiver Mario Manningham this week against the Dolphins. Manningham has quickly become one of Colin Kaepernick's favorite targets, but a shoulder injury has him sidelined this week.

Due to the injury, 49ers' first-round pick A.J. Jenkins is expected to make his debut for San Francisco today, as well as second-round pick LaMichael James, who will be active today while Brandon Jacobs is inactive.

Other inactives for the 49ers include quarterback Scott Tolzien, nose tackle Ian Williams, safety Trenton Robinson, running back Jewel Hampton and guard Joe Looney.

For the Dolphins, which are already hobbled after they lost tackle Jake Long to a triceps injury last week, they must take on the challenge of stopping the 49ers without safety Jimmy Wilson, one of their most important contributors on the back end.

Other Dolphins inactives include quarterback Pat Devlin, cornerback Michael Coe, linebacker Josh Kaddu, offensive tackle Patrick Brown, and tight ends Kyle Miller and Michael Egnew.
