Nnamdi Asomugha Not At Eagles Walk Through Following Monday’s Collision

Philadelphia Eagles fans breathed a sigh of a relief Monday, when they learned the collision between cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha and safety Nate Allen didn't lead to a concussion to either player -- more importantly to the All-Pro Asomugha.

But because of the head injury, Asomugha did not participate in the Eagles’ walk-through Tuesday at Lehigh University. The news isn’t a complete shock considering Asomugha was seen laying motionless being being carted off the field after the collision, which took place during a 7-on-7 drill.

This was Asomugha's second head injury in less than a year, as last season the cornerback suffered a concussion against the Seattle Seahawks in December. Asomugha had a quick recovery, returning to the practice field after missing just four days.
