Former third-round pick Jordan Shipley has been waived by the Cincinnati Bengals, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Shipley tore his left ACL early last season and with a young receiving corps in Cleveland, his knee hasn’t been able to get back to pre-injury form.

Shipley was selected by the Bengals in the third round in 2010 out of Texas. As a rookie, he had 52 catches for 600 yards and three touchdowns. He played two games in 2011 before the season-ending injury.
