The Washington Redskins RB situation is still unsettled, much to the consternation of both Redskins fans as well as whatever fantasy owner ends up getting killed by Mike Shanahan's RB-by-committee approach.
Redskins RB Tim Hightower Will Play Saturday; Roy Helu, Evan Royster Will Not
Saturday's game could be a chance for fifth-year RB Tim Hightower to make his mark, since his two main competitors for the job -- Roy Helu and Evan Royster -- will be out:
Mike shanahan says hightower will play saturday. Helu, royster (knee) won't play. Royster hurt couple days ago.

Hightower only rushed for 84 yards in 2011, as he was behind Royster (328 yards on 56 carries) and Helu (640 yards on 151 carries), who were both in their rookie seasons in the NFL.
