He was expected to bolster an aging Steeler defense in need of fresh legs in the linebacking corps.

The Rams’ training staff and even head coach Jeff Fisher came onto the field to check on the rookie. He was assisted off the field and onto the sidelines for further examination after the play. Brockers was listed as questionable to return to the game.
