Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce has been carted off the field during Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens with a sprained knee. Ravens safety Ed Reed appears to have caused the injury by colliding with Kelce's knee on a missed tackle.

Kelce, the Eagles' 2011 sixth round pick, appeared to be in obvious pain after Reed landed on his leg during a LeSean McCoy run in the third quarter. After heading to the locker room, he's not expected to return on Sunday, and he could potentially be out for a while.

In his place, the Eagles have the extremely inexperienced Dallas Reynolds taking over in the middle of the offensive line. Over four professional seasons, Reynolds has appeared in just one NFL game, primarily sticking on practice squad rosters.
