Dating back to the 2005 season, Seattle has won 13 of its last 14 games against the Rams. The Seahawks (2-1) are coming off a controversial 14-12 win against the Green Bay Packers while the Rams (1-2) lost 23-6 to the Chicago Bears last week.
Seattle is 2-1 on the season despite averaging just 127.7 passing yards per game. Rookie quarterback Russell Wilson hasn't been asked to do too much, averaging just 25 pass attempts per game. Instead, offensively Seattle has relied on Marshawn Lynch. Lynch is fourth in the NFL in rushing yards with 305. With a struggling offense, the Seahawks have relied on their stout defense this season. Seattle is allowing a league low 13.0 points per game.
St. Louis ranks 28th in the league in offensive yards per game and the Rams will have their work cut out for them against Seattle. Sam Bradford has thrown for less than 200 yards in two of the Rams three games this season. Excluding his 310 passing yards and three touchdowns in Week 2, Bradford has thrown for 350 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the other two games combined.
