How to watch Browns vs. Chiefs 2013 online, TV schedule, radio and more

Jason Campbell’s return as an NFL starter will be very tough against the most talented pass rush in the league. The Kansas City Chiefs are a perfect 7-0, and should remain unbeaten at Arrowhead on the back of defense and a strong running game.

More on the matchup: Jason Campbell will make his first start since 2012 after struggling against the San Francisco 49ers in a reserve role. These teams last met in December, when the Browns easily won 30-7 on the back of two Trent Richardson rushing touchdowns. No team has undergone more of a shift in the last year than Kansas City, as the Chiefs are being coached effectively by Andy Reid and have moved from the league's worst record to its best. Sunday's game appears it should be an easy win for Kansas City, but if Cleveland can take care of the football on offense they match up well with a strong defense allowing just 99 rushing yards per game -- ninth in the NFL.
