Tampa Bay on the other hand simply wants to win once at 0-7. The Buccaneers went 0-14 as an expansion team in 1976, and while it is likely they break this streak at some point, their fans probably don’t enjoy the thought of becoming the first team to have two winless campaigns.

This has been beyond a rough year for Tampa Bay, who can not get anything to break its way. Harvin participated in practice this week, but the team was unclear whether he would start. It seemed unlikely the fifth-year wide receiver would return so quickly from off-season hip surgery, but there was a slight possibility given his progress.
