Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel left Thursday's game with a knee injury after taking a hit in the third quarter against the Cleveland Browns.
E.J. Manuel injury: Bills quarterback leaves after hit to knee
A second quarterback has left Thursday’s game with a knee injury.

Manuel scrambled for a first down and was hit as he attempted to run out of bounds. He screamed in pain before falling to the ground. Trainers wasted no time surrounding him before he was brought to the sideline for evaluation. Manuel left the bench and attempted to walk off the injury, but was later seen wearing flip-flops in the trainer’s room.
Jeff Tuel will finish Thursday's game in Manuel's absence. He was set to start the first game of the season before Manuel recovered quick enough to take the job.
It was the second knee injury of Thursday's game. Early in the first quarter, Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer was hit on a scramble and may have suffered torn ligaments.
