Jeff Tuel will start at quarterback for the Buffalo Bills in Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports. Matt Flynn will be the No. 2 quarterback despite having more experience in the NFL. Flynn is a recent signing, however, and won't know the offense as well as Tuel.
Jeff Tuel will start for Bills vs. Chiefs
The Buffalo Bills will go with Jeff Tuel as their starting quarterback for their Week 9 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Starter E.J. Manuel will miss his fourth consecutive game, despite actually suiting up for practice this week. Thad Lewis has been surprisingly strong for the Bills in Manuel's absence, but he's taken a beating and is going to sit out this week. Lewis has completed 62 of 103 pass attempts for 652 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions.
Tuel has played in one regular season game, which came in relief of Manuel earlier in the season. He completed eight of 20 passes for 80 yards with no touchdowns and an interception. He’s an undrafted rookie and is quite raw at this point. The Bills will have a tough time either way, given that the Chiefs are the only undefeated team remaining.
