Chiefs defense making the difference once again in Week 9

The Chiefs scored two defensive touchdowns and are on the way to another win despite an anemic offense.

The Kansas City Chiefs haven't been able to do much on offense, getting just 154 total yards at this moment against the Buffalo Bills. That doesn't seem to matter for this team, though--the Chiefs defense is one of the best in football and once again showed up big. Kansas City has two defensive touchdowns and lead the Bills, 20-13, midway through the fourth quarter.

The Chiefs went into halftime trailing, 10-3, but they quickly tied the game on a big mistake by Jeff Tuel. Sean Smith grabbed an interception at the Chiefs' own goal line and took it 99 yards to the house to tie things up. Kansas City extended their lead when Tamba Hali took a fumble recovery for an 11-yard touchdown. The Chiefs have nearly as many defensive yards (112) as offensive Sunday.

The Chiefs don't always look pretty on offense, but a defensive performance like this game is the biggest reason they're still undefeated. They have two weeks to prepare for a big showdown with the Denver Broncos.
