Robert Woods injury: Bills WR heads to locker room with leg injury

The rookie suffered a leg injury and went into the locker room. He is questionable to return.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Robert Woods left Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs with an undisclosed injury. Woods went down hard to the turf after an incomplete pass and was examined by trainers on the sidelines before being taken to the locker room. The extent of his injury is not known yet, but he is questionable to return.

Before the injury, Woods had four catches for 44 yards. The rookie from USC was Jeff Tuel’s top pass catching option, racking up eight targets halfway through the third quarter. Woods has had consistent production even with the Bills’ quarterback carousel, recording 22 catches for 305 yards and two touchdowns in eight games.

If Woods isn't able to come back into the game, the Bills will be down to Stevie Johnson, Marquise Goodwin and T.J. Graham at receiver. Goodwin scored a 59-yard touchdown on his only target of the game, while Johnson has been held to six yards on two catches.
