Redskins vs. Vikings 2013 inactives: London Fletcher active for Washington

London Fletcher will suit up, giving the Redskins a good bill of health heading into Thursday night’s game against a Vikings squad reeling with injuries.

There were few surprises on the inactive lists for Thursday night's game between the Washington Redskins and the Minnesota Vikings. The Redskins are still relatively healthy and the Vikings are still incredibly banged up.

Perhaps the most curious name on either injury report was linebacker London Fletcher. He was listed as a limited participant in practice Monday with a knee injury, but was able to return Tuesday and Wednesday as a full participant. He still has yet to miss a game in his 16-year career.

Fred Davis was a healthy scratch, though that’s hardly a surprise. He has now been marked inactive five times this season. Unfortunately for Davis, the deactivation will cost him a sizable chunk of change.

The Vikings did not have any surprise names on the inactive list, either, which is good because they already have enough on their plate. Six of the names on the injury were already ruled out before Thursday. Charlie Johnson was listed as doubtful with an elbow injury before being marked inactive. Nose tackle Letroy Guion will be in uniform despite also being listed as doubtful Wednesday.
