Dolphins vs. Steelers 2013 picks and predictions: Experts favor Pittsburgh
Experts favor the Pittsburgh Steelers over the Miami Dolphins in Week 14.

Mitch Stringer-USA TODAY Sports
The Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers face off in a Week 14 matchup on Sunday. Miami is 6-6 and in second place in the AFC East, though they'll have a tough time climbing any higher in that division. Still, they won their last outing, 23-3, over the New York Jets, and are trying to break a string of alternating wins and losses over their last six games.
Pittsburgh is 5-7 and in third place in the AFC North. They have a long way to go still, but Mike Tomlin has likely done enough over the years to keep the good faith of the ownership and his team. The Steelers have some big question marks, but they're not likely to give up. A loss to the Baltimore Ravens in their last outing snapped a three-game winning streak, and the Steelers will be looking to get back in the win column on Sunday.
Only two of SB Nation’s six NFL experts think the Steelers will be successful in doing so, however. Joel Thorman and Stephen White both picked Pittsburgh, while Ryan Van Bibber, Jason Chilton, David Fucillo and Matt Ufford all went with the Dolphins to win this one.
It’s a different story at CBS Sports, where six of the eight experts went with the Steelers, including Pete Prisco and Jason La Canfora. Both Ryan Wilson and Dave Richard think the Dolphins can win it. At ESPN, it’s even more lopsided in favor of Pittsburgh. Of the 13 experts picking, 12 went with the Steelers to win.
