Details of the agreement are unknown.

Rocca, 39, spent the last two seasons with the Redskins, playing in every game. Rocca was a late bloomer to punting as he entered the NFL at age 34 with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2007. He was with the Eagles for four seasons before joining the Redskins.

Rocca is coming off one of his best seasons. He punted 68 times for 2,984 yards last year, which averages to 43.9 yards per punt -- the highest market of his career. He’s averaging 43.5 yards per punt over his two years with the Redskins.

In six seasons, Rocca has been called on to punt 433 times. He has amassed more than 18,000 yards and averages 43.1 yards per punt in his career. He has been blocked three times in his six seasons.
