Michael Huff didn't fly off the shelf on the first day of NFL free agency, but it wasn't for a lack of interest, as four teams have the former-top 10 draft pick "firmly on their radar," including the Super Bowl-champion Baltimore Ravens, according to a report from Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Michael Huff rumors: Packers, Ravens among interested teams
In his final season with the Raiders, Huff recorded two interceptions and 56 tackles.
Huff, 30, was released by the Oakland Raiders just prior to the beginning of the free agency period, along with wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey. In seven seasons with the Raiders, Huff made 93 starts and recorded 11 interceptions, 5.5 sacks and three forced fumbles. In his final season with the team he recorded 56 tackles and two interceptions, as the Raiders finished the season 20th against the pass.
Along with the Ravens, the Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys are also interested in the services of Huff, per Wilson's report. The Ravens need at safety is most notable as a new free safety will have to fill the void left nine-time Pro Bowl safety Ed Reed.
