The Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders will face off in a Week 2 matchup on Sunday. Both teams lost their Week 1 games, with Oakland falling to the Indianapolis Colts in the final minutes and Jacksonville getting absolutely mauled by the Kansas City Chiefs. Raiders starting quarterback Terrelle Pryor played a so-so game, while the Jaguars could only manage a safety on the Chiefs, who put up 28 points.
Jaguars vs. Raiders 2013 odds: Oakland favored to pick up 1st win
The Oakland Raiders are favored to best the Jacksonville Jaguars in their Week 2 matchup on Sunday.

Oakland is favored to win this game, though the lines are varying across the board. According to OddsShark, the Raiders opened up as four-point favorites, but can be had as anywhere from four- to seven-point favorites at other books.
It's true, as far as the two teams go, the Raiders are actually more stable at this point. Pryor played, as noted, a so-so game in Week 1, but that was against a much better team in the Colts. The Jaguars, on the other hand, have to switch to Chad Henne at quarterback due to an injury to Blaine Gabbert, and again, couldn't get anything done against Kansas City, which was the worst team in the league last year.
Oakland also has home-field advantage, further pushing the line in its favor. The over/under is right around 39 points.
